Graphic Design: Point, Line, & Plane

What is rhetorical about point, line, and plane? Provide one thing that is rhetorical about these building blocks of design, and then provide an example of what you are claiming is rhetorical about them. Make sure you provide the image or link to the image to which you are referring.

Make sure that you read the posts before yours. Please do not repeat a rhetorical effect or example. Feel free, though, to build upon a prior post–just make sure that you refer to that post and/or cite the author.
